To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.
This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Your slot is only confirmed once payment has been received 💫
✨ Cancellation Policy ✨
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 48hours’ notice is given, this will result in the loss of your booking fee, as I’m unable to refill the appointment slot at such short notice.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes for all lash appointments, including infills and full sets.
Eye makeup affects retention and removing it takes time away from your treatment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive early, kindly wait until your allocated slot as I may be with another client or preparing.
Late arrival time will be taken from your appointment, which may result in reduced lash coverage.✨️
Due to the high-quality products I use, I do not infill other technicians’ work.
In this case, a removal and full set will be required.✨️
Infill Timing
Infills are typically suitable at 2–3 weeks.
Appointments after 3–4+ weeks may require a full set due to excessive shedding and lash growth.✨️
